I completed M.A. D.ed and I have 3 years’ experience of teaching in elementary school. My passion to become a teacher leads me to support our innocent children develop into skilled learners. This experience that is most satisfying when you decide to pursue a career as an early childhood educator. It's not easy to teach even one child, much less a whole class of young students. Additionally, you must have a genuine love and interest in mentoring your students and seeing them succeed. This is one of the most endearing advantages of teaching. In a way, teaching is both an art and a science. Being a teacher is fun since you occasionally have to use various ways on various pupils depending on their preferred learning style. Sometime you have to become a child yourself to understand what the child wants to say.
At this young age, children's understanding vary greatly because every child is different. I try and assist them in realising their greatest potential. I therefore offer every pupil my whole attention and schedule some one-on-one sessions with each one regularly. At N K Narkhede School there is no restrictions to adopt innovative ways to teach our students. We brainstorm peculiar issues and come up with solutions best suited to development of children. Our regular parent’s teacher’s meetings enable us to share real time classroom scenarios to parents and help them understand their child’s progress. I strongly believe that without patience, excellence is impossible. Though difficult, perseverance will help you forge enduring bonds with your students. It works wonders, sharing a high-five moment with a young pupil when they achieve success is the best feeling in the world. This is just one of the amazing reasons why being a preschool teacher is gratifying.
I sincerely feel making wise decisions requires a calm and composed mind, which comes from consistently exercising patience. In my opinion, a good school teacher must be tolerant, well-organized, and imaginative in order to maintain regular schedules and provide entertaining activities for the kids. It's also crucial to have good communication and problem-solving skills. I know I possess these abilities and can use them to aid in the development of critical abilities in kids. I just encourage my students to be themselves. They are exquisite works of the all-mighty.
