Mrs. Geeta Gagan Pali Mrs. Geeta Gagan Pali Teacher I have my done my M.Tech and now working as a trained Montessori teacher. With 9 years of college teaching experience, including 3 amazing years spent educating pre-schoolers. I have become humbler & mature from the teachings I got from my students.

Since the past three years, I have taught preschool. Preschool is similar to kindergarten in the distant past. In order to prepare for entering Grade 1, the kids simply learnt letters, numbers, colours, forms, and other fundamental concepts. I can clearly distinguish between those who attended preschool and those who did not. Pre-schoolers have a significant edge over those who have never attended a formal school, particularly in terms of behaviour and blending in with other kids. The pre-schoolers are accustomed to attending school and are eager to learn. Those who have never gone often arrive in tears and find it harder to get used to a timetable.

I've been able to adjust to new technologies and instructional methods because to the school's receptivity to recommendations. Through conversations and teacher training, the school facilitates easy teaching. I have a great time teaching them and seeing how much they developed. These children are now in first grade, are older, and rank higher in the class than their classmates. Children who don't receive a lot of instruction at home will benefit the most from this curriculum. I love it a lot!

Since you are the child's first preschool teacher, you want to be someone they look up to, respect, and adore. It's great fun to be kind. I feel like I'm doing important work that will make a meaningful difference in the world. Actually, there is no greater work. I often have a hard time saying goodbye to my kids at the end of the year, but I can look back on all the incredible progress.

I would like to narrate an incident, once when my husband and I heard a shout while out shopping one day, I was shocked to discover that a nursery student had held me tightly and said, "That's my teacher!" My hubby was pleasantly surprised. This shows the affection a pupil has for his teacher. My advice to students and their parents will be to build a strong, balanced foundation is the first step to academic success. There is no quick fix. Parents should support the development of grit in our students. Grit is dedication and persistence toward very long-term objectives. Grit is the ability to persevere over the long term and putting a lot of effort into making that future a reality.
