Mrs. Dhanashree Bharambe
Assistant Headmistress
I completed both my B.Ed. and M.Com. having worked as a teacher for more than 10 years, as well as a guide, counsellor, and coordinator.
In the long run, my role as the assistant headmistress at N. K. Narkhede CBSE School will have a big impact on how students study, behave, and grow as people. Our goal is to provide high-quality education.
The difference a teacher makes in her students' lives is on a daily basis. Developing their character and personality into future leaders, is what I love most about being a teacher. The foundation for a child's skill development in a variety of areas which include music, reading, sports, math, art, science, and language, is laid through exposing them to a wide range of activities. Our school arranges for inter school sports events, funfairs as well as interschool competitions where numerous students get exposure to life skills of sportsmanship, handling pressure, engagement with other pupils etc.
According to studies, the first five years of life are the most transformative for the human brain.
I think school is the basis for developing these abilities like critical thinking, problem solving, and learning and how to interact. Schooling is not just about learning the ABCs, 123s, and colours and academics. It’s not just normal play, but purposeful play which is an ideal time to engage a child's mind and lay the groundwork for learning and growth. it will enable them to thrive academically, emotionally, and socially not only for school but for life. It will be helpful during adulthood as we as early stage of life when a child is full of discovery and has always something new to explore. The kind of environment the child is exposed to during these early years will impact the child’s intelligence as well as the child’s personality later in life. Our school plays a crucial part here, where it engages skilled and trained teachers to impart right skillset in pupils.
My aim is to empower our students through training. Guide them to aim higher and achieve their dreams is my only goal. It will the most special gift to my students. My advice to my students and fellow colleagues and parents is being proud of yourself and understand that you are capable doing of great things and have opportunity to create world class leaders and great human beings.
